I am back from Dad's. It was a good Christmas. I got a Ruger .22 Carbine. It is so much fun to shoot! We have property on a creek in a deep ditch, like an almost 15 foot wall kind of ditch. I think it has either been flowing for a long time, or it is a creek that was once a river. Either way, it is safe to shoot down there because they'll all terminate in the wall of the opposite bank. Dad redrilled me on gun safety for an hour on the way there. Never too careful, right? I also got a hand-me-down .22 Standard my Dad bought before the Mark 2 came out. I think it'll become an heirloom. Well where my Grandmommy's house is concerned we got it all packed and moved. I'm going back to bring home an old record-player/radio that looks like a 1960s or something appliance that I think my Great-Great-Uncle owned. I love that kind of thing. I also got things that really mean something to me and I'm happy about that. Just those old knick-knacks that I remember the most fondly form being a kid and some other loose things I didn't want to see thrown away. It was a good visit. I plan to visit them more often in the coming months. I don't visit often enough.
Finally Employeed
Yes. It finally happened! I have a job again and it is a real job. Part time though it may be, it is still proper employment and I expect a rather steady work schedule. Not consistent per-say, but steady. I know when I'll most likely work and can kinda predict based on that.
So the job itself. I work for Hallmark. You know, the greeting card company. I keep things stocked and organized on the shelves in 5 stores. Not as busy as it sounds, but this is Christmas time so I'm going to be jumping through hoops to get things worked out and keep things stocked probably till Valentines Day. So I'm playing catch up on One Piece. I'm on episode 681 and haven't read the manga in a while but intend to get completely caught up in the coming month. I'm aware of a little spoiler and to those reading this I want no more. So the things I'm aware of: Something, I don't know what, is going to go down between the zatoichi admiral and Akainu, the series has yet to leave Dressrosa and set off back to sea even in the manga, and Rebecca doesn't join the crew. Lot of Moving.
Well. I've been helping to move around several houses this year. First was my Grandmommy's house. Then my Grandmother has her usually furniture arrangement fixation. Now I'm helping Kyuu move her room around so there can be one room in her house that is an entertainment space for us and her bedroom be its own space. That isn't done just yet and now I'm moving my room around to accommodate some furniture I got from Grandmommy's and Grandma's house moves.
That's all really. I just needed to change my journal on an impulse. I'll talk about something more interesting in a while.

The Month of June
Okay. It is official now that I'm going to help ~AncientKyuubi (https://www.deviantart.com/ancientkyuubi) house sit starting on the 24th and will most likely be there the whole month of June. Now in this month my internet access will be limited. Her signal is flirty to absent. It has worked the last few days and I hope it stays, but there is a chance that I'll be without internet contact for a while. I'll try but I don't know what I can do. Those of you I only talk to on the internet, I hope to get to you at least every so often. Hopefully I'll have to change my habits minimally but nothing is guaranteed.
